PFC International - People For Christ International - a Christian Home Based Business and Mentoring Company has chosen the simplest and fairest compensation plan that is available in direct sales. Each Level l and Level ll member is paying a monthly fee for a personalize replicating website that carries with it benefits and advertising advantages. The website is used as a method to advertise the advantages of becoming a member of PFC and allows the site owner to sell advertising both in and out of the membership ranks.

The eBooks and University and Academy courses will be items to sell to both members and non-members. These courses are currently being developed and will be available in the 4th Quarter of 2010. Other products or services will be announced that will be available for members to sell to members and non-members. These sales will generate a one-time Fast-Start bonus to the member who purchased or sold the courses or the eBook. Another program to help fund ministries is the See No Evil and Shop for Blessings which will appear on the Spiritual link. See No Evil sells for one payment of $39.95 for which PFC will pay out 10% to the ministry and 5% to the PFC member. Shop for Blessings has over 3500 merchants that pay a varying percentage back to the ministry for all items purchased online from these merchants. This will be structured into a compensation for the PFC member (TBA)

Level I and Level ll Members have an active 5 Level open matrix structured immediately below their active position. PFC International pays a 10% commission on each position that has an active Level l or ll member, whether it comes from personal enrollment, or enrollments by the members that enrolled other members. This means that a member may recruit as wide as he chooses, and he will be paid the 10% bonus on all 5 levels that fall under his position. A handy calculator is available here to calculate the income that a member would receive if he personally enrolled members on his first layer. By entering the number of members that his business plan called for to have personally enrolled members placed on the first space and the number he believes will duplicate in the second space, the = button will calculate what monthly income could be generated. An example below for illustration purposes only, shows 5 personal enrollments duplicated 4 more times and if that process were completed in 5 months, the income would be almost $4,000 per month.
