PFC International - People for Christ International - A Christian Home Based Business and Mentoring Company believes that to have a well balanced life everyone needs to take a break from the busy schedules of life and fully allow the body and mind to refresh and replenish themselves. Recreation can include times of enjoying nature which will enhance the spiritual as we view God's wonders of creation. Recreation will also enhance the physical through activities such as walking, hiking, biking, and rafting which are all great ways to stimulate circulation and give the body the type of work-out that will strengthen the heart and refresh all systems of the body.
By keeping the proper perspective on the balance between recreation and the other key areas of a successful life, we find that it has a tremendous value in molding a "whole person" or the "better you." We will see how this relates to all seven keys to a successful life in the upcoming PFC University.
